OPERATIONS MANAGER
MATT ZIMMERMAN

As Operations Manager, Matt is a key member of Carbide Tools Ltd, bringing versatility and in-depth knowledge to all aspects of the business. He oversees stock management, budgeting, sales, customer relations, and day-to-day operations. From liaising with clients to ensuring the smooth running of the manufacturing process, Matt plays a crucial role in keeping things on track. CNC MACHINIST
REECE ZIMMERMAN

Reece is an experienced CNC Machinist at Carbide Tools Ltd, specializing in the production of standard stock and regrinds. His technical skills ensure that every tool is crafted to the highest precision and quality. Reece plays an integral role in maintaining our stock levels, executing regrind services, and ensuring that each product is manufactured to our exacting standards. His attention to detail and expertise in CNC machinery make him a vital member of the team, ensuring that we meet our customers’ needs and expectations.

ROXY

As our dedicated Loyalty Retention Manager, Roxy takes customer relations to the next level—greeting every visitor with unwavering enthusiasm and ensuring that no one leaves without a smile. True to her Labrador nature, she specializes in client engagement, morale boosting, and snack detection. Whether it’s winning over a hesitant customer or making sure the team takes well-timed breaks for belly rubs, Roxy’s presence fosters a positive and welcoming work environment.

Her key responsibilities include:

· Providing unmatched customer service (tail wags included)

· Keeping staff stress levels low through strategic cuddle deployment

· Ensuring lunchtime leftovers never go to waste

Her loyalty is as strong as tungsten carbide, making her the perfect fit for ensuring customers (and employees) always feel valued.

STORM

As Head of Security, Storm takes his job seriously—always keeping a watchful eye on the premises, ensuring everything is in order, and alerting the team to any unusual activity (or suspicious delivery drivers). With the natural intelligence and agility of a Border Collie, Storm excels in perimeter monitoring, rapid response to unexpected noises, and enforcing playtime regulations.

His key responsibilities include:

· Conducting thorough security sweeps (especially near the treat cupboard)

· Herding the team back to their desks when distractions arise

· Barking at potential intruders—unless they bring snacks
